What Is a Super Gemmer

Why do we have the Super Gemmer ( SG ) position as well as the Associate position?

It is to allow for the following : -

1) A SG can earn a commission from the sale of Super Products made by Gemmers (customers) that registered through their GemIsland web site

2) To help Countries with an economy that makes the Associate fee of €295 too expensive. By starting as a SG they can work up to an Associate at the same time earning an income from the sale of Super products.

Super Gemmer Detail

Lets look at the rewards for a SG in detail.

A SG gets 2 web sites.

1) Username.GemIsland.com to recruit Gemmers (customers). The gemmers get

their own GemIsland web site, where they can access the games and products

available to purchase and have fun. All the Gemmers joining here can recommend

their friends to become Gemmers and those Gemmers can do the same down to

unlimited referrals.

The SG gets a commission of up to 10% of all Super Products purchased ( see SP against those products) from these Gemmers There is no qualification needed for the SG to receive this commission .

This is the only income a SG can receive. Associates also get this income on their Gemmers as well as the opportunity to share in the world wide profits of the company through the Revenue Share Plan.

As an example – A SG finds 5 Gemmers who tell 5 friends who tell 5 friends. That SG now has 5 + 25 + 125 = 155 Gemmers all earning them an income on every Super Product purchased.

So if each one just buys a €10 lottery ticket each week that’s over €115 a WEEK in commissions to that SG

2) Username.genlifestyle.com to recruit SG’s. Associates cannot join from this site. Only Associates can recruit Associates. What is the benefit of recruiting SG’s?

By building a team of SG’s through not only your own recruiting but by your SG’s recruiting other SG’s and they doing the same you can build a team of SG’s

When you have 64 SG’s within the first 4 levels of referrals you will receive a free upgrade to an Associate.

Why so many SG’s needed? This is because there can be 4 SG’s

counting every new SG as one of their 64 needed to upgrade to Associate.

Also for every upgrade to Associate the company will treat that upgrade in the same way as an Associate joining for €295.

The sponsor ( or nearest Associate gets the €50 active Associate bonus) More details on this another time.

This system allows a new SG not only to build to Associate but also through duplicating what they did to build an Associate team that takes them into the Pools.

Lets now look at an example of what could happen to a new SG.

Using their sponsor, their web site, conference calls they recruit 3 SG’s .

They then help them get 3 each and those 3 each and those 3 each. That would give 120 SG’s in your team. You only need 64 so long before that happens you would be an Associate. Now if your 3 personally sponsored SG’s do the same then you will have 3 personally sponsored Associates and would be on your way to the first Pool the Ruby Pool. Keep duplicating this system and the 3 Associates will get to the Ruby Pool and you will get to the Sapphire Pool. There are requirements for getting Gemmer points, the details can be found in the Revenue Share Plan . By having the ability to count 4 levels of referrals a SG could just find 1 other SG and find themselves with 64 within the 4 levels and get to Associate

So a person can become involved for €32.50 , promote the Gemlifestyle products

through their GemIsland web site and build a business in a short period of time.

There must be many people in some of the poorer Countries looking for an

opportunity to grow a business and share in the worldwide profits of a company

for a joining fee of only €32.50.

So why would an Associate be interested in finding SG’s ?

To build SG teams so they can get the SG to Associate. This will help them

a) Get promotion in the Pool plan.

b) Allow them to placement sponsor to help others in their team.

c) Once they are Ruby Pool Qualified or above to earn Matching cheques on these Associates when they qualify in the Sapphire Pool.

d) Help with the Gemmer Points needed in the monthly qualification of the Pools. ( All SG and their Gemmers points count in your personal gemmer points in the plan ( each Gemmer can give you 100 points )

So a team of 20 SG’s each with say 2 Gemmers will give you the same benefit as having 40 personal Gemmers.

The company are already starting to look at improving the Super Gemmer system and will update you over the next few months

Why Join Gem Lifestyle at the Start of the Month

Gem receives a majority of our associate registrations at the end of the calendar.

But what is the advantage of joining Gem at the start of the calendar month?

If you join Gem Lifestyle as an Associate at the start of the month, you have time to build you team within that month. You will have a better chance of advancing to the Ruby Pool.

You will have a greater chance of receive the active associate bonus from your personally sponsored Associates.

Last Month Associates who qualified for the Ruby Pool received € 120.

Gem associates, don’t leave it until the end of the month to sign up your associates, get in at the start of the month, and build your business to qualify for the pools earlier in the month.

GEM Lottery and GEM Stock Market Game

This week we will cover the qualifications period for April/May, The Gem Lottery, A new User friendly Gem Island, The Gem Stock Market Game, and a New Commission Payment date

April/May Qualification Period

It was decided at the end of March that Gem would combine the April/May months to help more associates qualify for the pools. This period is closing in 3 days time. All associates can see how many personal Gemmer and Group Gemmer points you have by logging into their back office. If you do not have enough points to qualify then we suggest that you purchase tickets in the Gem Lottery. As you are aware we have a special offer running in May where you will receive 100 Gemmer Points for every purchase of €50.00 worth of Gem Lottery Tickets.

The Gem Lottery

The Gem Lottery has been open for business for only 3 weeks; All Associates and Super Gemmers will see that improvements to the site are being made every day. Every time you login to the Gem lottery, you can now see the Current Jackpot amount that you or your Gemmer’s could win. This updates every time a ticket is sold. Currently the Gem Weekly Lottery Jackpot is over €1200, not bad for a €5 investment.

The Gem Stock Market Game

The Gem Stock Market Game is open for another week. The Game is available for everyone to play.

You can buy shares from Stock Markets around the world including, Germany, UK, USA and Australia. The game cost €15 to enter, and you can register to play as many time’s as you want.

As this is a new game and the start up has been slower than expected we have decided that over the next two weeks, Gem will only be offering ONE prize to the winner.

Over the coming days, you will see a new user friendly Gem Island.

Our design team have made Gem Island more user friendly for all associates, Super Gemmer’s and Gemmer’s. When new Gemmers register they will be able to choose their own password and user name and this will ensure that they are now registered and can play the games and purchase lottery tickets immediately.

This new system will be available in the coming days.

New Commission Payment Date

Gem Lifestyle has changed the commission payment date from the 15th of Each month until the 30th of each month. The extra time will allow a more correct payment run to operate. For the April/May commission run, Gem will announce by the 20th of June, the amount that all Ruby’s, Sapphire’s and Emerald’s will receive. We also plan by the 30th of June to have a few more payment options available for our Associates and Super Gemmer’s to allow them to withdrawal straight away into their account, instead of a bank transfer.

Gem Lifestyle German and Hungarian Conference Calls

Due to great demand we have found that the German & Hungarian conference rooms have quickly reached their maximum capacity of 100 Participants. We are now pleased to say that this has resulted in us having to increase the capacity of the rooms which will now accommodate up to 500 participants at any one time.
